Food Pantry Drive for Back to School Supplies

Thanks to a generous donation from Butler Funeral Homes of New Berlin and Springfield, the New Berlin Area Community Development League (NBACDL) is pleased to announce it has met its goal of providing 100 bags of school supplies to the Loami Food Pantry for its back to school effort.
In observance of its 70th anniversary, McCullough-Delaney & Butler Funeral Home at New Berlin has covered the cost of 70 of the 100 bags that were sold for $10 each to donors interested in funding the project. The funeral home is a new member of the NBACDL and has expressed an interest in being involved in support of the organization’s community improvement activities.     An ongoing project of the NBACDL is to support the Loami Food pantry and it is still accepting donations of school supplies and food. All such donations go directly to the Loami Food Pantry.
